As good as it gets for a chinese! - Edit
Love this place, great section of the menu dedicated to vegan options. Mock meats and tofu available. The staff have always been very knowledgeable when I've had questions about other items on the menu to confirm whats vegan and what isnt.

Love a vegan menu! - Edit
Visited here on Friday. I'd never been before but I think we ordered a takeaway once upon a time.
Read moreThink it used to be an all you can eat but is no longer.
Prices felt a little high, but I hoped that would be reflected in the quality of the food.
The menu has vegan sections, but we were told that a lot of things can be made vegan on request.
For starter I chose the Salt and Pepper Mushrooms. They weren't on the vegan menu, but I was assured they were vegan. Same for my main course, I chose the Tofu Teryaki.
Both were very nice and decent sized portions, I will visit again to try some of the other options.
Didn't check the dessert menu properly but I don't recall seeing any vegan desserts...

Only Chinese in Wigan town with decent vegan options - Edit
I always order the mock chicken satay skewers and mock crispy duck. These are tasty and reliably so however I have found a different Chinese that does more choices only 30 minutes away. Try Wing Fung in Leigh, I feel like you get more for your money there.

Best Chinese food in Wigan - Edit
I don’t think i’ve seen a Chinese restaurant with so much choice for vegans! They have a great variety of vegetable as well as mock meat dishes including vegan chicken and duck, the only thing i’ve tried I didn’t enjoy was the deep fried tofu, however just get the salt & pepper tofu instead as it’s much nicer. My favourite is the vegan duck pancakes though, I can’t resist ordering them every time!

So much choice - Edit
Ordered a takeaway online to collect - you can get 10% off by placing your order online. Had some really delicious salt and pepper tofu to start that I could eat over and over again. I didn’t enjoy my main course which was soy chicken in satay sauce - like the review prior to this one I felt it was pale and slimey. I was hoping for better. I’m 100% going to go back to give another dish a go. I’m excited that there’s so much to choose from. I just haven’t found my favourite dish yet.

Wigan gem - Edit
We always order takeaway from here, it's easily the best place to eat veggie and vegan Chinese in Wigan. The first time we ordered I got the v chicken chow mein and it wasn't very good, pale and a bit slimey BUT we've had nothing but exceptional food from there since. The v chicken satay skewers, teriyaki tofu, v chicken katsu, salt and pepper tofu/ beancurd, veggie spring rolls. All of it is delightful! Just avoid that v chicken chow mein and you'll have a lovely tea
