The Stir-fry was Great

I’ve had their food several times and am grateful that they added tofu as a protein option that can be added to any of their meals. I’ve loved the stir-frys but found a noodle dish to be rather bland. None of the options included curries. Still, it’s more vegan friendly than most mainstream food trucks.

Pros: Tofu is available, Flavorful stir-fry with generous vegetables

Cons: No curry dishes
