Amazing crispy eggplant dish

Two of the three vegan options are absolutely amazing, particularly the crispy eggplant cooked twice in sweet and sour sauce with hint of chilli. It is lightly battered, crispy with perfectly balanced sweetness and hint of chilli.
The Japanese spicy salt deepfried king oyster mushroom was perfectly battered and crunchy, nice spice level, sweet juicy mushrooms.
Accidentally ordered the deep fried eggplant in breadcrumb and it was TERRIBLE, no seasoning at all and a dusting of flour on top.
The restaurant is quite loud inside but the food is worth it.
