Delicious vegan pho - Edit
I wish I could give this one a better rating. It's right at the corner of a big square.
Read moreThey serve cilantro, Thai basil, mint and lemon on the side so you can choose if you wanna put it in. They only have 3 phos on the menu, one of them is vegan which comes with mushrooms and tofu. About 139 DKK if I'm not mistaken.
Food is served fast and it's really delicious. We also enquired about the tempura mushroom but they seem to contain eggs.

A very decent ramen. Solid broth. Ingredients taste very fresh. It wasn’t mind-blowing, but it is good for Copenhagen where vegan options are limited.

Read moreThey have a short menu, only offering Pho Soups and some side dishes. One of the soups is vegan and the fried Mushrooms as well. Thee broth was incredibly tasty and the mushrooms to die for! You can get a re-fill of soup if you (kindly) ask.
Another positive thing is that it's an open kitchen, so you can see how the food is prepared. It's not especially cheap but still okay for Kopenhagen. A perfect option in winter and you are graving for some warm and filling soup!

I loved the broth, but the fried mushrooms in the soup is what made the soup perfect.
Read moreThe workers at the restaurant were very dog friendly too, which is surprising in Copenaghen. I would definitely come back again!
