The noodle bowl is vegan if you get the tofu edition — the noodles itself are vegan, I’ve double checked wuth the staff.

I had the tofu baos and they were very delicious. The portion was quite small which was great for me since I was not that hungry but it's good to keep in mind for anyone who goes here hungry.

The tofu tastes great in both bowl and bao. Also the noodles sauce is very good, everything is a bit spicy but well balanced.Good vegan option!
