Great Vegan Ice Cream - Edit
Frosty's has multiple vegan options always, and often has seasonal flavors (they have pumpkin right now). They also have Dole Whip, which is the classic accidentally vegan treat that has long been a staple at Disney's Magic Kingdom.

Such good ice cream. Usually has 3 flavor options, chocolate pudding, mint chip and toasted coconut. I love the vegan milk shakes made with almond milk.
