Vegan delights for a break during the day - Edit
Today I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a café which recently relocated right next to Hans im Glück after Görtz closed down. The new location has a modern and inviting interior and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of vegan options on the menu, including bread slices, pan bread, granola, porridge, pancakes, scrambled tofu, wraps, falafel bowls and various cakes displayed in the counter. Today, there were two different vegan cakes available (carrot and chocolate cake). The café is offering oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk as alternatives to dairy.
One small downside is that the café can get quite busy, and it may be difficult to find a seat during peak hours. However, if you're willing to wait for 5-10 minutes, you're bound to find a spot to enjoy your meal and coffee. This café has become my favorite spot to take a break while in the city center.
