A couple of vegan choices

Small place with a busy huge terrace in Viale Europa.
They serves a couple of vegan options:
- spelt, barley and black rice salad with aubergines, courgettes and backed tomatoes
- creamy lentil soup with ginger
I had a simple take away wrap with grilled aubergines, tomatoes and artichokes cream. What I tried was quite plain, for example they could have marinated the eggplants to make them more flavourful… I would have expected more taste but in the area is not so simple to find vegan food.
They have a huge menu of freshly made fruit and vegetables juices, but I didn’t tried any.

Pros: Some vegan options , Plenty of freshly prepared juices

Cons: What I tried wasn’t flavourful
