A handful of good vegan options - Edit
I was really happy to find a brew pub way out in the Fraser Valley that offered vegan options. As far as I can tell, this is the only non-fast food restaurant in Hope that has vegan food. I had a vegan burger with vegan cheese and vegan sauce. They also had a vegan wrap and a pretzel on the menu. I'll for sure go again. They seemed to be in the process of a menu change so not sure what's next.

Vegan menu - Edit
We had the tacos (very yummy), the enchilada (also very yummy), and the pretzel (not so yummy). I’d recommend the getting guac with the enchilada as the beans and rice that come with it are a little bland. It was nice to be able to sit outside in the sun!

Great vegan options - Edit
How nice it is to have a place to stop on a road trip. This is now my third time here and I've never been disappointed, really tasty food and beer and now a full vegan page on the menu! I'm a sucker for a vegan soft pretzel, and the taco salad was tasty as well!

Great vibes, some vegan options. - Edit
Ended up here on a Saturday night with live music. Awesome atmosphere. They have a small menu but it includes more than one vegan option😄They are able to make 3 flatbreads vegan friendly.

happy cow doesn’t allow 5 star reviews for places that aren’t fully veg which i don’t agree with. hope is is a small town and mountainview is the first place to cater to vegans and vegetarians. they deserve 5 stars for making it clear and concise for us right on the menu, without having to perform a circus act to receive a plate of undressed romaine lettuce. anyways, almost all of their beer is vegan, lots of options on the menu and they have inclusive bathrooms. beautiful brewery and the owners are amazing. very happy to finally have veg options out this way!
