Don't be fooled : there are 2 cafes same name - Edit
...therefore if vegan go to the smaller one not on the main square. The larger one has veg burgers but comes with cow cheese.

They had soya and coconut milk, offering different lattes and coffee drinks as well as teas and other beverages.

Vegan? They also serve egg , cheese and tuna... - Edit
This supposed to be the vegan hotspot in Paro, in fact its not! They serve fish, egg and cheese but do have many veg options. The garden green salad dressing came from a readymade bottle and the vegetable pizza had hardly any veggies on it! Disappointing first visit.
