Nice store, prices are high - Edit
This is a nice shop with some good variety with vegan option. Products that are local as well as those brought in from elsewhere. A great stop if you need something quickly as they have a deli with some vegan options as well.

Lovely market! - Edit
I visited this store a few times while on holiday in Victoria and found it a friendly market with good deli items. I loved the deli broccoli salad. The market carries Very Good Butchers which has the best bangers, and Salt Spring veg plate which is delicious. A great selection of bread and chocolates including Pure Lovin Chocolate. I even picked up teas and a few other locally produced food items as travel gifts and souvenirs.

Nice Health Food Store - Edit
This is a great, well-stocked health food store with lots of fresh produce and all the shelved items you could possibly need. Their deli has a lot of vegan items which is particularly awesome.
