Best Vegan Burgers - Edit
Have approx 15 exotic vegan burgers. I have tried 3 of them. Very good. Naan bread is not vegan, has yogurt in it. Lunch special burger + iced tea is approx $10. Burgers are huge. Very friendly staff. Nice seating area. Great prices.

Amazing vegan burgers from scratch - Edit
Mother Earth is a relaxing, peaceful coffeehouse and eatery. They have several vegan and vegetarian burgers. My favorite vegan burger is the "Tesla" burger made of chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, chard, and figs. My boyfriend's favorite is the spicy "conspiracy" burger with black beans and jalapeños. There are several other vegan burgers and you can have them served on a wrap or roll or on salad. Ask for the vegan cilantro sauce (they usually have a vegan and a dairy based cilantro sauce). House made salsa is also good. They have almond milk for coffee and serve iced and hot teas. They always have fresh, vegan soups just bursting with flavor and served in adorable ceramic bowls.

Update: they now usually have at least one vegan dessert option
Newest update: they now have over 25 veg burgers. My two current favorites are the earthy and spicy dragon burger (Jamaican yam, sage, pigeon peas and scotch bonnet peppers) and the spicy chocolate black bean burger. Both are amazing! Lots of vegan soups, which change weekly.
They now also have a $10 veg burger special, which includes a veg burger, side soup, and iced tea of the day. Great deal!
Pros: Fantastic vegan burgers, Vegan cilantro sauce, Vegan soups
Cons: Cash Only

Yummy and adorable! - Edit
Really cute little place with delicious food. The chef was the only one working, not sure if it's always like that. She took a good amount of time consulting with us about what we wanted and served it perfectly. You can tell she is really dedicated to the food and the business. I will be back!

Delicious!!! And Cozy, Friendly - Edit
The food here is amazing. The method of creation, as described to me by the owner, is one of mindfulness and being careful not to think negative thoughts in the kitchen. She means it. The food is delicious to a T. Please visit if you want the experience of tasting food made from a place of love and a dedication to flavor and texture. The atmosphere is very relaxing in an authentic way.

Wow! Just Wow! - Edit
What an incredible experience! Amazing flavors, superb service, lots of vegan options. Even my omnivore husband loved their vegan food. Definitely try their Ethiopian soup and the conspiracy burger. Make sure to ask for the vegan burger sauce, otherwise you get the mayo one.
