Read moreMos Burger's Green Series declares to be completely plant-based. This time, I tried the plant-based fish burger.
The texture was like light surimi, and the fried edges were absolutely like fried fish itself.
Along with this, I also tried the regular plant-based burger. The meatiness of this one has improved over the years, making it more satisfying.
These two are expensive compared to the portions, but since they are chain restaurants, it is nice to be able to easily visit & take plant-based fast food across the country.
The ingredients of the 2 sauces are listed below. None of them are made from animal products.
I'd like to support Mos Burger, which company is doing vigorous research and development with an eye to the future.(^-^)

モスバーガーのグリーンシリーズは、完全プラントベースを宣言しています。今回、植物性フィッシュバーガーをためしてみました。
食感はライトなすり身という感じで、フライしたエッジが白身フライそのものでした。
それとともに、通常のプラントベースバーガーも試しました。こちらはミート感が年々向上しており、食べ応えが上がっています。
この二つは分量と比較すると高価ですが、チェーン店なので、気軽に全国でプラントベースファストフードが食べられるのは良いことです。
下にソースの内容物を記しました。いずれも動物性のものは使っていません。
未来を見据えた研究開発をしているモスバーガーを応援したいと思います。(^-^)
