Great place to go with vegans and non-vegans alike. They have yummy tofu scrambles and veggie burgers, and plenty of other vegan options for breakfast or lunch. They close early in the afternoon.

The Morristown location of the Rutherford Pancake House is great. Super vegan friendly w/ knowledgeable & helpful staff. Food is excellent. Vegan pancakes, french toast, sausage, tofu scramble, chili, burgers. Uses Daiya cheese. Gluten free paradise. Celiac friendly.

Morristown Pancake House is a great addition to the area! I love their vegan options. So far I've had their pancakes with banana, tofu scramble, and vegan chili. They're all really good! There are barely any options for vegans (besides maybe a sad salad) in the neighborhood, so this was definitely refreshing!
