Cool kid spot with many veg options

Tasty vegan cabinet and made to order options here at Maggie’s. We got the flavorful mushroom toast on seedy bread, museli with coconut yoghurt and a poached pear, coffee, and a gorgeous funky loaf of sourdough bread. Great flavors in everything with plenty of other choices of salty and sweet. The cafe environment is very cute, sociable, and full of cool people 😎

Unnerving taxidermy

They had a few vegan cabinet items - I got the cardamom and caramel scroll, flavour was yum but it was a bit doughy. My main reason for the low rating though is the unnerving taxidermy animals around the cafe which included a duck and a deers head. Not the place to go if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff/generally don't like the vibes of dead animals being on display. The coffee was good though.

Less options then expected

Some changes happened here, starting with the name. The place is now called "maggies".

We tried the Miso Mushroom Toastie and that was pretty good - something else and great bread!
Quite expensive, though.

Coffee with soy was quite good as well.

Due to Happy Cow regulations, extraordinary restaurants that serve not only vegan food can only receive 4*. To be fair to them, I can give here only 3*.

Yummy vegan scrolls

Delicious vegan scrolls (I tried the cinnamon one as well as the sweet almond one). Staff were really lovely too, they were closing so we got a few extra scrolls! Lovely funky atmosphere too
