Lackluster and very expensive - Edit
I had high hopes with the reviews I read but left disappointed and hungry. As a vegan, you would expect an asian restaurant to have great options for us but not so much.
Read morethey were out of their veggie dumplings, and out of veggie wontons.
I ordered kung pau cauliflower - boring and no flavor
Hoping for more sustenance, I also ordered the wok sautéed chinese vegetables... no favor and and literally just a pile of veggies.
vegans just don't eat vegetables < < >>
my vegan daughter ordered veggie/tofu lo mein - and it tasted like it had cloves or cinnamon in it - GROSS
an avocado roll, also flavorless.
$200 later, we left hungry and disappointed.

Limited Vegan Options - Edit
Morimoto has so much potential. I was disappointed at the sparse vegan options served during lunch time. The dinner options seem more promising so I may come back for that. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for lunch

Great decor, limited options that are vegan AND gluten-free - Edit
Morimoto is inside Disney Springs, so you DON'T need theme park tickets for the day you go. The decor is great. It had some vegan options, but not much that was vegan AND gluten-free. I got:
Read more-Shishitos (good)
-Edamame (good)
-Chinese Wok Vegetables (bland and boring, but not bad)
-Veggie sushi roll (was not on the menu, but the server suggested it when I told him I was vegan and GF. It was amazing!)
It's an expensive place, and if I were going by myself, it wouldn't have been worth the money, but my non-veg friend loved his meal. If you're pescatarian, you'd get more out of this place than I did.

Great Vegan menu options - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised by the options at Morimoto for vegans. We ordered the edamame, vegetable fried wontons, stir-fry vegetable and the lo mein with added tofu.

Expensive delicious options - Edit
Cool atmosphere in Disney Springs—expensive but was very tasty. Waitress friendly & knew how to veganize a bunch! I got the vegetable dumplings for app & kung pao cauliflower (added tofu & $2 extra for side rice)

Tasty Asian Fare - Edit
Several vegan options on the menu and many vegan available options. You need to ask the server for items that can be made vegan. The staff was friendly and accomidating. The food was tasty. The only item we did not enjoy was the miso soup. It had a very fishy taste, which was surprising. We ordered the cup and it was maybe half full and it cost $10. Definitely not worth it. All the other dishes were very good.

Be VERY clear with staff on your dietary needs! - Edit
Really nice and vibrant restaurant. Be VERY clear with the staff on your dietary requirements as the menu was no clear on what was vegan and the first members of staff I spoke with did not fill me with confidence. 😬 The manager was great and was very informative. I ordered the vegetable dumplings and vegetable rolls. If you like this sort of food then you'll love it like me. Portions for the dumplings and rolls are on the small side so you'll maybe want to order at least 3 plates if going for similar dishes. I'd definitely go back. 🙂

Some options, but need to specify vegan - Edit
There are a number of options here that can be veganised. The ‘vegetable’ items on the menu are vegan if a vegan soy sauce is used, so please check with the server. My food was a very good portion for the cost, and tasted okay, but I’ve had better. Would be better if vegan options were on menu or if they could work on a few more, especially on the appetisers side.
