This place is clearly a town favorite!! Lots of happy customers. Super accommodating about vegan options- they couldn’t do the flautas vegan but showed us what they were able to do. We chose the smothered burritos) and they were AMAZING. Sauces were excelente.

What a great find! - Edit
Thanks fellow vegans for posting this restaurant on Happy Cow. It is delicious, fast, and very affordable. It’s off the beaten path, but it was packed. It didn’t stop locals or travelers from seeking them out. When you order, just let them know you’re vegan. They will let you know what they can offer. My husband and I each ordered smothered burritos. When they ask if you want extra vegetables, say yes. Otherwise the inside will be rice and beans only. Their sauces are delicious!! Highly recommend.

Very nice owner. Accommodated me for exactly what I wanted. Not a lot of options in Idaho falls for vegan oh, but I had two smothered veggie burrito.

I would give them five stars if I could! Amazing service, amazing prices, amazing food. They knew everything about what was vegan and what wasn’t and said they could make anything on the menu vegan. They were really busy the entire time we were there.

Popular spot, owner knows vegan - Edit
Owner is friendly and immediately knew what was vegan. Went on a Tuesday evening and it was well patronized by locals. Had a smothered burrito with refined beans and rice. Comes with some lettuce and sliced avocado. Got the tamrarind drink which was tasty.

This is a casual, order at the counter Mexican place. The woman who owned the place took my order. She is super nice! Her daughter is vegetarian, so she's very knowledgeable. They can do burritos, enchiladas, and sandwiches vegan. You can sub avocado for meat. I also got chips and bean dip. The beans and rice are veg. The horchata has dairy, but their other two specialty beverages are vegan. All the hot sauces are vegan except the chipotle, which has mayo. Try the habanero one! I had a smothered veggie burrito. The red and green sauce are vegan. Very reasonable prices! Very fast service!
