Nice to have a vegan option. Not the best pho I’ve had but pretty good, especially as a captive to the airport.

Exceeded expectations! - Edit
Veggie pho was surprisingly flavorful and full of good mushrooms, kale and eggplant. It’s a cute spot to sit and relax if you have time before your flight and definitely the best option in the airport.

Vegan pho 🍜 - Edit
They have a default vegan pho bowl. It’s not particularly delicious but I thought it was the best meal option at the airport!
