Cute restaurant, made-to-order healthy food - Edit
We stumbled upon the Moots sandwich board sign while walking around Puerto Escondido. We saw "vegano" and "vegetariano" and were sold! The food was all handmade to order; I watched the one staff person (he was waiter, cook, cleaner, etc.) individually hand-batter zucchini fries for another couple. The food was healthy, fresh, and inexpensive. It was BYOB, too!
The menu is extremely limited; they only serve what's listed on the sandwich board. It changes daily, though!
Pros: Vegan food in P.E., Healthy and fresh, BYOB
Cons: Very limited menu
