Great vegan options here, I tried the Raspberry Ripple!! Delicious. I loved that they had different flavours, a lot of places only have chocolate vegan options. I would have loved to have a vegan sugar cone/waffle cone option. Had to settle for a wafer cone.

There is usually a single vegan ice cream alongside one or two sorbets. The blueberry ice cream is something I wish was available elsewhere - as I won't go back here.

The place was empty; the young staff member at the front of the place was cleaning table legs and chairs; they said someone would be right out; after a while of us waiting, she went to serve me; the manager(?) appeared after 5-10 minutes of her chatting in the back room to bark at the young staff member to get back to cleaning and that they are the one serving customers.
The young staff member was polite and quite rightly tried to serve me whilst the manager hadn't bothered looking out from the back room in case there was a customer. It was unprofessional and inappropriate.
The price was alright; the ice cream was alright; the atmosphere was unpleasant.

Double scoop of deliciousness - Edit
Really enjoyed the caramel and vanilla ice cream double scoop in a tub (£3.50) I got here on what was a scorching day at the Royal Quays. Staff were friendly and there is plenty of outside seating, just a shame the cones were not vegan and only 3 vegan flavours are available.
