Friendly veggie cafe! - Edit
Went to Moor & Moor to get some work done on my laptop last week and would recommend. Everything is vegan or vegetarian, the staff are friendly, it's very well set-up for remote work and there's plenty of choice. :)

Vegan specialties/ Update: now mainly bar/snack/coffee place, no longer shop. - Edit
Recently visited again, and was disappointed to see the shop has been greatly reduced to just a handful of items (no longer selling vegan caviar and other products that were not so commonly found in belgium). Real bummer, bc was looking forward to discovering some new products.

2016:
Smalls shop, but has some vegan food items which are not so commonly found in Belgium, like the vegan caviar.
Not a vegan shop though, so don't be surprised to find grilled crickets next to the kale chips.
Small terrace in front, for coffee with vegan pie, or an incecream.

I was happy to find a place offering vegan sandwiches, which were very generous in size, fresh and tasty. The price is reasonable for the portion sizes and given that it's in the centre. It's a cute little café. The seating is limited, though, which is fine when the weather is nice because then you can sit outside. But I imagine it can get difficult to find a seat during those cold and drizzly Belgian Novembers.

vegan sandwishes,local products and bulk - Edit
Moor&moor is a cozy place, close to the city centre. You can find quite some cool local products here, mostly they have a twist like a vegan cheese or made from local/organic/foodwaste ingredients. The bulk section is convenient to score package free staples.

I always got vegan food items ready prepared from the fridge like a curry sandwish or a cauliflower salad. Dishes are often original and tasty. The only downside of the conveniently ready made items is the packaging. So great when you want to take away food on the go.

Small store and café, selling treats, bulk foods, beers, wines, ciders, ready-made salads, etc. I took away a seitan sausage roll to warm up later, and it was delicious.

Just walked into Moor&Moor to check out the famous store, but I was very disappointed.
Read moreAll the packaging-free dispensers were empty and whatever vegan producte were left in the store itself weren't that special. Hopefully my next visit will be more satisfying
