B1 floor of HANKYU Sannomiya station - Edit
It was bit hard to find you have to go to Hankyu (not JR or Hanshin) Sannomiya station. Very good veg ramen for a cold winter day !

Great teriyaki tofu ánd kobe beef - Edit
What I really liked about this place is that it had vegan and meat option. Perfect if your'e the only vegetarian. Had the teriyaki tofu, dumplings and basil oil ramen. All was great!

I went here after having been to their branch in osaka. The ramen wasn't as good here and neither was the service. We ordered ramen and the teriyaki tofu. The teriyaki tofu never came and the broth on the soy basil oil ramen really lacked depth.

We tried both flavours - the olive oil and basil one is def different and pleasent (just too creamy for my taste). The spicy one was good but lacked flavour (maybe salt?). Overall it was good.

Easy to find - head to the basement of Hankyu Oasis department store and it's in a corner. Two clearly-labelled vegan ramen menus. The tantanmen was nice and spicy, with good quality noodles and a rich and flavourful soup. A different class to tantanmen I've had at some other station locations. Friendly and helpful staff. Limited counter-only seating could be the only downside. Will definitely be going again next time I pass through Kobe.
