MooFree Burgers - North Lakes

I've been meaning to get to MooFree Burgers since they opened, and last week, driving to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast, I finally got my opportunity. The burgers were big and tasty (though not mind blowing), and the chips were incredible. While they are unique in Brisbane for the range of mock-meat burgers, they are somewhat more expensive than I would typically expect to pay for a burger.

Overall, while I wouldn't recommend making the trip to North Lakes especially for a MooFree burger, I would definitely recommend it to anyone driving through (or living in) the area.

What can I say? I simply love these types of casual vegan eateries. Brisbane needs more of them. The burgers are fantastic. I had tried two so far; the "chicken" and the mushroom burger. Both were very generously portioned and delicious. Then you have the chips which are in my humble opinion some of the best in Brisbane. There are also smoothies, salads and Ice cream which you can get from Charlie's which happens to share the locale with MooFree. So essentially you have everything in one spot. I only wish there was one on the south side or closer to the city :)

Amazing burgers and fries, every one I have tried so far has been incredible :) staff are friendly and patient, and even when it's been busy my order hasn't taken too long at all. Still yet to come in for breakfast but I'm sure I'll enjoy :)

Cafe with relaxed atmosphere consisting of a juice bar with vegan icecream, smoothies and a huge range raw vegan treats, and a burger bar with an extensive and exclusively vegan menu. We tried the four sliders - the mushroom one was amazing! Staff were very friendly, and there were highchairs and a great play area inside with toys which kept our 6 month old very happy. Will definitely be back any time we're in the area, such a shame it's not closer to the city!
