The Best Veg option in Nagano - Edit
The staff is very kind and friendly,we liked the avocado with seaweed(Lovely ),Tempura mixed vegetable , mixed veget with mushrooms grill;All food Was amazing too!! We come back very soon!!!!

Not many options (everything is fried in the same oil and the stock they use for ramen etc isn’t vegetarian either), but the 8 vegetable sushi rolls tasted really nice!!!

Good option but limited - Edit
I went in for lunch today around 11:40am (Wednesday) and it wasn’t busy at all. The vegan options were limited - there’s basically avocado, fries, vegetable tempura and grilled vegetables in the set menu. The set menu comes with bread or sushi which both aren’t available to be vegan. However all the food was really good/tasty and the service was lovely. I was full after sharing fries, tempura, salad and the grilled veggies. Maybe on other days if you ask you could get vegan sushi but not today. But yeah good option if you’re with non vegans and don’t mind eating just veggies ☺️

The menu has a few options that are naturally vegan and some more that are easy to be made vegan. Like many places in Japan, they lack on vegan but have a lot of hospitality.
