Amazing and wholesome - Edit
Such a great place, the food is consistently great, very flavourful and wholesome. The vibe is also lovely and the owner is super friendly, I love coming here on a hectic work day, perfect for a lunch break treat! Always brings me joy to support this little local vegan business.

I was terrified about visiting after finding out that the majority of the menu is soy-based, and I’m super intolerant.
Read moreBut the owner - Greg - was so indescribably accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that he checked in with me the entire time, keeping transparency and honesty about his products.
The chips were so delightful. And the hot chocolate was such good value!
Also, the music was epic.
All in all, a solid five stars purely based on the owner’s compassion and conscientiousness.

Haven’t been to Luton for years and met up with an old friend who isn’t vegan like me but she took me there as they cater for her celiac gluten free diet as well. Had a lovely friendly welcome with great food and drinks & atmosphere. Good choice on the menu & at a great price. Will return with her next time I visit. Loved it 🤗

Hi Lyndon, we did update our google with our holiday closed days and hours and google showed we were closed that whole week. I know this because as the owner I did it and checked it. we also posted on Facebook and Instagram, both easily accessible from a web browser. Not much more we could have done really!. Abit unfair to give a 2 star review because an independent business closed for some much need holiday time away.

Have had delivery from here before but as I was in town wanted to sit in - what a gem - brilliant menu - lovely staff and so lucky as the special was Thai green curry with mushroom gyozas 😋 and took away a Viennese swirl!!

The Seoul bites were so delicious, would recommend getting those if you visit. The food overall was amazing and the portion sizes are really great for the price, we were both stuffed and our bill came to just £25 which included a drink each too.
Would 10/10 recommend!

Just had an amazing meal here. So tasty, not a fan of seitan as find it dense and heavy but I'm converted! Buffalo burger box meal was ace, best burger I've ever had the side of Mac was top too! Would have that on its own sometime! Fantastic menu, too hard to choose from 🤣! Specials board equally as attractive!

I had an enjoyable morning in this cafe, trying the pancake stack. It was a great blend of sweet and savoury, full of different flavours. There are plenty other breakfast/brunch options that look equally as good.

Monstera is a really cute little café with a cosy decor and lovely staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

The Seoul bites were amazing – crispy, perfectly cooked and served with a delicious sauce!
I also really enjoyed my burger box. The burger was really tasty and fresh, the chimken strips were delicious and the rest of the food was really tasty too. My partner also loved her Mac To The Future.
We were both really stuffed after our food, and our bill came to just £25 (and that included a drink each too!)

Really sweet little place with a lovely owner. I had the mac and cheese with a fake meat which was very salty with the pasta being a bit bland which was disappointing BUT the Viennese whirl was so so good and I would strongly recommend.

Can’t give this place enough praise. We stopped by before a gig in Luton, having never been before, and obviously I had to check out the vegan restaurant. This place was SO cool! The staff were lovely, and the customers were all really nice too, it felt like a little community in there! The portions were huge, and so so good too. This place is overflowing with positivity, might have to make the trip back to Luton just to come here again😁

Great little cafe in the heart of Luton. Plenty of nearby parking. Good choice of dishes to suit everyone. Owners very accommodating. Be aware it is a small venue though so not much seating!

Cute interior, good price, great service and DELICIOUS food! So many options but we both went for the daily special, which was a lovely mix of different things. The Mac and cheese was a bit salty, but balanced out with everything else on the plate. Good portions too -- we were too full even though deserts looked lush too!
