Favourite Bubble Tea shop in PDX

This is the best bubble tea in Portland, IMO! I typically order for delivery so I cannot speak much for the in person experience. There is only two plant-based milk options, however they are absolutely delicious. I always get a Flavoured Milk Tea - Lychee with Mango Popping Boba, Oat Milk, 100% Sweetness, 50% Ice. I’ve gotten this drink at other spots and it is never as good as Monster Tea House. I also really enjoy their other tea drinks, including Thai Tea with Oat Milk. This is one of two spots I would recommend to folx, and no other shops.
