Mongolian Bar-B-Q

This was a nice find. They offer a Mongolian Bar-B-Q “All you can eat” lunch or dinner special. A lot of fresh vegetables. They also have a regular menu with vegetable lunch specials and dinner options also.

Nice that they had gloves available to prevent cross contamination of germs on handles at buffet.

Couldn’t have either of their soups because they had egg in them. Worth noting that they use the same grill for meat as they do for the vegetables. Although, the grill is so hot that it might not make a difference to some. Suggest asking which sauces may have fish sauce in them.

Pros: A lot if fresh veggies, Mongolian Bar-B-Q in Durango, Clean and fast

Cons: Same grill for near and veggies, Both soups have egg
