Good food - Edit
This is a nice restaurant. Owner spoke good English and understands vegan. There were a couple appetizers, a couple pastas, mushroom risotto, and a Romanian stuffed cabbage and polenta dish that are vegan.

Limited, but good food - Edit
As far as I can tell, this is the only place doing substantial vegan options in the smallish town of Pomorode (there are more options in nearby Blumenau). The owner was very pleasant, and speaks Portuguese and English. There were not that many vegan options - mostly pastas and a risotto - but what we had was pretty good, and not very expensive - and given the lack of other options, if you find yourself hungry in Pomorode, this is a decent bet.
