Huge portions

We were planning on going to run veggie, but it’s closed on Sundays. I’m glad we walked into moms! I got the kale Caesar (minus the parm). And my fiancée got the sushi bowl. Both portions were HUGE. Great price for under $10 each.

Pros: Huge portions, Variety of options , Quick service

aka Naked Lunch

When you’re busy shopping for groceries the last thing you want to do is also think about cooking, prepping and making food when you’re hungry. Problem solved! Order a bowl of your choice and you are so set for dinner or lunch!

I love all the organic ingredients here for juices, grain bowls or salads. They have muffins and soup, too. They also do a cauliflower steak and sometimes have tacos and vegan nachos! I’m hungry thinking about it all! This cafe is a great treat- if you shop for groceries, then treat yourself once in a while to this place!

The food is so fresh, it’s delightfully double delicious! All the dressings are vegan. It’s amazing. Opt for the chimichurri or the herb vinaigrette... those are my fav! The garlic infused dressing will probably kill a dozen vampires but is good.

Love this place!

Pros: Veg, Organic, Fresh

Cons: Can feel expensive

Cafe meals = Best bang-for-your-buck

Free parking in the attached garage (level 3) AND the Naked Lunch Cafe (inside the grocery store) has huge portions for such a fair price for DC, especially considering it's all organic. I got the Lin bowl (rice, tofu, seaweed, kimchi, sprouts, mushrooms, and lots of veggies) for $8.75 and it was so large and filling that I could only eat half so it turned into 2 meals! I don't know of anywhere else in DC that you can order organic vegan healthy food at that quantity for that price! Some bowls have egg and/or cheese, be sure to check.

Pros: large portions, indoor seating , great price

Cons: no reusable dishes for dining in
