So delicious vegan food! - Edit
i was yesterday (saturday) at 6 p.m. there without reservation and it was no problem to get a table. the waitresses were really friendly and showed us every vegan dish on the menu. i Think there were about 5-7 different dishes. i had the quinoa beetroot patty (see Gallery) and it was so delicious! unfortunately i was just one day in waterford but it was so worth visiting.
Pros: stylish furniture, the food, so friendly waitresses

Beautiful restaurant, great service. Delighted to find lots of vegan options on the menu as well as specials of the day. I had falafel a with roast pepper pesto and pickled cucumber for start, follow by Beetroot and quinoa patty with roast carrot hummus, homemade flatbread, organic green salad and bravas... And vegan- gluten free- raw apple and walnut tower was amazing too!
