Not Scared of Tempeh - Edit
Really liked this spot - my experience is that so many non-veg restaurants are reluctant to use tempeh or tofu in their menus and this place uses both well. Great option for a non-veg restaurant.

A search for yummy lunch in Waterford done by a vegan and a non-vegan both came to a consensus on Momo. Uhm, this place was SO GOOD and I only had the vegan soup?! I can only imagine how incredible the other options were. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about their menu. We didn't make a reservation and got a seat around 2pm on a Tuesday, but heard them taking dinner reservations over the phone.

My no vegan dinner companion and I shared the Teriyaki BBQ cauliflower wings & tempeh, organic leaves, sesame & peanut rayu. The flavors were out of this world. She was pleasantly surprised and I was in heaven. I also had the Mushroom & cashew ricotta potato dumplings, almond cream, herb sauce, Burren balsamic truffle oil, rocket leaves and pine nuts. Party in my mouth! So fluffy and light. We also split the Vegan Eton Mess, vegan meringue, sorbet, vegan ice cream, berry sauce, fresh fruit. It was definitely fresh and refreshing. Beautiful presentation for all the plates. I would highly recommend.

Tomato Basil - Edit
Traveling from the US via cruise ship. Found this place because there is NO vegan food onboard the Celebrity. This was a great find. Starting from the Tomato Basil soup to the vegan falafel wrap and my daughter had a vegan burger. Great service too.

Very nice busy and cosy restaurant. Some staff were helpful in pointing out the vegan options. Starter and main were absolutely delicious. Rare to see vegan dessert options in a non-veg restaurant. However did not really enjoy them.

The owner is a delight.

Great Place, lots of vegan choices. Shared the soup, deep fried cauliflower (delicious), Vege green curry and the Buddha bowl. All were really nice. Go before 6pm and get the early bird rate.

My Omni friend and I ate at Momo when we dropped into Waterford on our way home to Wales. We both had a fantastic meal. There were so many vegan and gluten free options, I was spoilt for choice. I even got pavlova for dessert. The staff were so nice, they couldn't have done more for us.

i was yesterday (saturday) at 6 p.m. there without reservation and it was no problem to get a table. the waitresses were really friendly and showed us every vegan dish on the menu. i Think there were about 5-7 different dishes. i had the quinoa beetroot patty (see Gallery) and it was so delicious! unfortunately i was just one day in waterford but it was so worth visiting.

Beautiful restaurant, great service. Delighted to find lots of vegan options on the menu as well as specials of the day. I had falafel a with roast pepper pesto and pickled cucumber for start, follow by Beetroot and quinoa patty with roast carrot hummus, homemade flatbread, organic green salad and bravas... And vegan- gluten free- raw apple and walnut tower was amazing too!
