Pycha! - Edit
small place with nice atmosphere - Edit
Momencik is the best place for people, who love mexican food and want to eat something plant-based. prices are not very high and dishes are really good. staff is nice and you feel very comfortable because this place is cozy, but modern at the same time.
I recommend eating tacos, they are delicious!
Pros: nice staff, quick service, very, very good food
Cons: not many places to sit with a group of friends

Polecam :)

Very tasty! - Edit
We ordered three different burritos; pastor, seitan and Arabian, and they were all good, but the seitan was by far the tastiest! Nice staff, cute place, will definitely come here again ☺
Pros: Vegan, Authentic Mexican taste, Nice staff

delicious - Edit
We had a seitan and pastor burrito and both were delicious. Tasty, spicy and good sauces, especially the pineapple sauce. I think even meat lovers would really like the burritos here :)!

heaven! - Edit
This place was our favorite in Warsaw. The food is SO good. I only tried the guacamole burrito for which I went back a few days later. The tofu burrito wasn't that great but the guacamole one, in my opinion, is truely heaven. Prices are great and the pineapple sauce is wicked spicy!

Excellent food! - Edit
Tiny place but truly delicious food. I went there with my Mum who is a vegetarian but not so much into "international" cuisine so I was a bit worried she may not like the food but she loved it. We had 2 different burritos and 3 different tacos (the "brown" was the best) and all of it was yummy.
Pros: Delicious food and nice service!
Cons: Few sittings and you may need to wait for a while

mexican food with passion! - Edit
Yesterday I had the chance to eat for the first time in momencik. At first moment, I was honestly a bit disappointed by the style of the local: too simple and very very small.
behind the counter a smiling pretty lady and a very positive smiling cook, the owner. we both took burrito pastor: it was explosively amazing! so big, yet full of taste and filling but not bloating you.
the owner came to us to have a chat: you can understand very quickly he is an amazing person, loves and has lots of passion for what he does.and his passion is contagious!
the sauces they have are simply mindblowing: pineapple and red sauce: yummy! :)
wish you all the best in your business!! I will surely come back when in warsaw and recommend to others!
Pros: one of the best services ever received, big portions
Cons: very small place and overly simple style

My First Vegan Meal* - Edit
I was a vegan for 21 days when I visited Warsaw on business. Fortunately I had conducted my research beforehand and discovered the Happycow (Warsaw review) video online.
Having checked into a hotel close to the Central Railway Station, I quickly sketched out my vegan evening meal plan of attack. Momencik was first on my list and, boy, did it set the bar too high for the others to follow:-)
I was so super excited at the prospect of my first vegan eat-out that the owner (gr8 guy) and his assistant (lovely lass) musta thought I was high on something. Totally inappropriate behaviour for a 53-year old, but so what, I was enjoying the new me.
What happened next surpassed my wildest dream: I ate the tastiest Burrito known to man (and woman, sisters) and drank the sweet nectar of their home-made lemonade. Did I tell ya how satisfying and tasty it was?!
Soooo good that I took 2 back to Holland on the aeroplane with me
When in Warsaw: VISIT THIS PLACE
* Outside my home
Pros: Great tasting food, Welcoming staff, Close to city centre
Cons: Limited dining (social) space, Only 1 Momencik in Warsaw, I live too far from it

Fantastic burritos - Edit
Momencik is a small, friendly place serving burritos, tacos and nachos. We shared some guacamole nachos, which were really tasty and had a generous amount of topping. My mum and boyfriend had the pastor burritos and said they were very well-seasoned (my mum is a meat-eater and said it was the best burrito she'd ever had!), and I had the seitan burrito, which was also delicious. I think it was the first time I've had a burrito with a "meat"/protein filling, rather than just veg. It was fantastic!

Small and Cosy Vegan Place - Edit
During our weekend in Warsaw we wanted to have something vegan for dinner. We found this place on the Internet, it had high reviews and we weren't disappointed. I had a large burrito with seitan and my wife had one with guacamole. We also took a bowl of nachos and a lemonade - very tasty! The Spanish guy who runs the business had a short chat with us, he does that with every customer. Also, the Russian girl who worked that evening there was also very friendly.
Pros: Cozy atmosphere, Good vegan food, Friendly staff

tasty and plentiful - Edit
Cosy vegan joint with very friendly staff, big variety of burritos, nachos and tacos, every monday there's a free soup or lemonade. I'm not a huge mexican food lover but this one really suits me especially that I could choose less spicy ingredients which I don't like and yet keep the great overall taste and fragrance.
Pros: friendly staff, minced soya, free lemonade monday :)

Great food and service! - Edit
Momencik is such a cozy, warm place with great food and lovely staff who make you feel right at home! The burritos are amazing (we tried seitan and pastor) and very authentic. The guacamole nachos were also very good even though I'd add some more cheese. The chef makes really nice recommendations and is very very sweet. I recommend this restaurant for vegans and meat-eaters alike! I will absolutely return because they were served some of the best burritos I've ever had.
Pros: Authentic, tasty food, Great service, Cozy atmosphere
Cons: Might be too small for big groups

Delicious burritos, packed with veggie goodness, and served with home-made dressing. Very reasonably priced.
Simple and cosy set-up, extremely nice owner.
Apart from burritos, there's also a soup of the day and nachos, among other things.
Can't wait to try all the other options on the menu.
Definitely coming back.

Amazing Burritos! - Edit
This is my favorite vegan place in town. The owner is the nicest and coolest guy on the planet and puts his heart and soul into every meal he makes. Large Burrito is huge and prices are resonable (I'd say cheap compared to the outstanding quality of food). I can't stress enough how much I recommend this place and how tasty the burritos are. Super-spicy mexican and intriguing oriental with tofu are amongst my favorite. Be sure to also try awesome fresh lemonade and delicious nachos with guacamole. Truly an amazing place!
Pros: Tasty and fresh food, Food prepared with extra care, Huge portions

Fantastic! - Edit
It's easy to find good vegan burgers in Warsaw, but burritos are harder to get. Momencik offers a good range of delicious tortillas filled with all the good vegan stuff you love! They also have nachos, salads, soups, smoothies, lemonade etc. And a lunch offer between 12 and 17 with burrito + soup + lemonade.
I had the XL version of the Arabian burrito with soy chunks. Amazingly tasty! There are also burritos with seitan, tofu and guacamole. Street food, but of very high quality.
I spent a good half an hour talking to the friendly owner, originally from Madrid, after I had finished eating. So kind and helpful! Don't leave Warsaw without tasting at least one of the fantastic Momencik burritos! :-)
Pros: tasty, value for money, the owner
Cons: none

Tasty and huge burritos and soups - Edit
We had very tasty burritos and a DELICIOUS soup with an amazing very special olive oil. Healthy tasty vegan food spiced with the personality of a fellow Spaniard that made us feel like being at home. Located in a really nice spot, in the heart of the center but quiet and cool street. If you are visiting Warsaw you better don't miss these burritos and the lovely sauces.
Pros: 100 % vegan. Lots of high quality food for a small

How big is small? - Edit
We stopped by for lunch, a whole lot of food for a very reasonable amount of money. First there we was served a cold strawberry soup. Fresh, salty and spicy at once. Then a small burrito. Small?! That one is really a lunch on its own. Lots of flavours and fresh ingredients.
The owner and his staff was really nice to talk to and gave us a lot of tips on other veggie places to visit.
Pros: Fresh, Relaxed atmosphere

Awesome burritos - Edit
The owner is a very kind and warm person, very open towards cutomers. The personel is always nice. The lunch menu consists of soup, small burrito and lemonade. The soups are always awesome - I love them. The small burrito isn't small at all it's quite big, not to mention the XL which is humongous, I tried all of them and honestly I like all of them, my fav is arabic, oriental and mexican.

Mexican food in Warsaw?! - Edit
Okay, this isn't quite the same as Mexican food like they have in Mexico, nor California, but they do offer very tasty burritos, nachos, and a Spanish / Mexican flare. They also have great cakes. It's a tiny, underground place, but the friendly owner and chef lighten it up a lot! They've just opened recently and it'll be exciting to see how they progress over time. Chatted with the owner, he's in it for the right reasons.
Pros: Mexican food in Poland, Cool owner

I'm back asap ! - Edit
I've ordered "Oriental Burrito" with warm and velvety smoked tofu, sticky rice and loads of vegetables. It looked and tasted very healthy, fresh veggies were crispy, and tofu with rice were out of control ! Some of the burritos are served cold and some heated up. There are a couple of options- with seitan, guacamole, beans, pear .You can pick your spicy level. Momencik serves also gazpacho, churros and lemonade. They organise happy hours (from 12-2 pm when you can order a soup for 1 zl).
Pros: small and cosy place, friendly staff, delicious food
Cons: crowded during happy hours 12-2 pm

Visited Momencik shortly after opening and it's clear they are still working things out, the menu is quite small.
That said, the burritos we ordered were great. Super healthy, full of veg and huge portions.
Owner was very friendly too, will be one of the first places I visit next time I'm in the city.
Pros: giant burritos, low prices, healthy
Cons: small menu

Fresh food, Latin warmth - Edit
Momencik is a small joint serving latin inspired food in a very welcoming environment.
In this first stage, they're serving mainly burritos, nachos with sauce, soup and juices. Everything seems to be done using fresh ingredients.
There are different burritos to choose from: Bolognese (with soy bolognese sause and veggies), Mexican (with hot chili sauce, beans and veggies), Spring (cold burrito with fresh veggies), Arabian (with soy and middle Eastern spices), Oriental (with smoked tofu, rice and asian spcies) and Sejtan (with sejtan, rice, beans and veggies).
The burritos are beautifully filled and you can see the hot grill marks geometrically burnt on the tortilla - meaning that the burrito was heated-up with much care and attention.
They also have a very good gazpacho and home-made lemonade and plan to start offering daily and Sunday specials.
The owner and the cook are Spanish and extremely friendly, welcoming everyone with a big smile.
They have plans to start serving paella and other Spanish specialities, and to update their menu depending on the costumers' feedback.
I'm looking forward to trying their chilli and, why not (here's a suggestion for them), a vegan tortilla de patatas :-)
Pros: Fresh ingredients, Tasty food, Friendly staff
