I didn't find them very veg friendly. Contrary to what it says on Happy Cow, beans have lard. I asked to verify and server didn't know. She asked the kitchen staff and neither the beans nor the rice are vegetarian. I thought about trying the taco salad as indicted, but it would just be lettuce. Ordered vegetarian fajitas. Side was corn with probably 1/3 cup of cheese by mistake. It looked like the soup would be vegetarian.

Pros: Lots of vegetables with fajitas , Fajitas are enough to share
Cons: No vegetarian rice and beans, Charge for a second basket of chips, Guac is expensive and spicy

GREAT veg food - Edit
Excellent, very veg friendly Mexican restaurant. Reasonably priced, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Definitely worth a try. My wife and I have been veg for 40+ years, and this restaurant ranked up there.
