Honnêtement l’une des meilleures pizza de ma vie! J’ai pris une pizza toute simple avec tomate champignons et épinards mais la pâte était vraiment délicieuse! Ils ont une pizza végane avec un tas de choses dessus, même des pois chiches. Assez original et cher, je n’ai pas voulu gouté la spéciale vegane.

„Pizza semi e ceci“ off the lunch menu was not marked as vegan, but the waiter assured me it was after I asked if it had cheese.
Read moreThe pizza came with tomato sauce, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds and sprouts, and was absolutely delicious. A very full flavour, despite the bland look!
Not sure if the item is served permanently though, or only as a weekly special.

Good pasta, okay pizza - Edit
Molino offers a decent selection of vegan pasta, pizza and starters. We really liked the spaghetti napoli and penne all'arrabiata, which in our case were perfectly al dente. The pizza marinara is very spartan, though, and even a veganized pizza vegetariana (just omit mozzarella) is not that great. Verdure al forno are more of a starter. Overall, price/performace is in the green, especially in the pasta department.
