Millershop selling vital wheat gluten (tarwegluten) and all kinds of grains, flour, and baking supplies. Also stocks Dr. Grunschnabel ice cream which is vegan. Open Thu-Sat 10:00-17:00.
If you visit Velsen and/ or Haarlem, this is a really cool place to visit. The old mill still works and there's a little store inside it. Even if you're not looking for grains, bread or the other products they sell, I still recommend the visit.
For such a small store they sell a lot of products.

Amazing place to visit. Good place to shop grains and beans. Bio vegetables, vegan ice cream and fresh flour. Super friendly staff.
