Best Food Truck in Rincon - Edit
Everything i have tried here is great. It is so nice to have a place with all vegan food. The sushi burrito and poke bowl had yummy Asian flavors. The burger with avocado and sweet plantains was tasty and filling. And leave room for the banana whip desert with some fudge sauce! Even my carnivore bf thought the nachos were good.

When in Rincon, Moksha is a must! We’ve eaten here several times over the past two years and have never been disappointed. Cute little shack just south of town. I love the banh mi, nachos and just about everything on the menu!

Read moreI ordered the bori burger, which is a homemade black bean burger with grilled onions, avocado, and plantains. Super delicious. I also ordered nachos supreme to go - these were amazing. She had gluten free brownies today, so I got one of those too.
I really enjoyed my food and will be back.

I got the sushi and banana/strawberry whip with fudge and granola, it was all super delicious! Definitely recommended over plain banana whip. My friend got a black bean burger and said it was just ok, and I tried his Mac n cheese side and we agreed it was just ok. Overall recommended if you get what I got - or maybe something else (falafel was sold out)

The food was absolutely delicious! Came here after the ocean and it was just what we needed. Everything we had was absolutely amazing from the watermelon drink to the dessert. Would definitely recommend.

A little shack, looks like a yellow food truck in a corner, with a very delicious menu. We are from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and we are vegan. We were looking for a place to have lunch after spending our morning at the beach. A local surfer from Rincon recommended this place to us saying, "I'm not vegan but I love eating there!" The owner is a young lady from the states and she makes the vegan burger patties herself from beans and the vegan seitan from a type of gluten. She knows how to use local ingredients like amarillos (local ripe plantains). I loved she didn't use sugar for the watermelon juice and the coconut water was true fresh local coconut water bought from a local (we saw the guy delivering it!). I specifically loved that she buys from locals and helps the economy of this town. Apart from the truck there are three sets of patio tables with chairs and umbrella on a deck. A nice place to eat after spending the morning at the beach. Highly recommended!

Great little shack serving big vegan dishes. Had the Philly cheese steak and sushi burrito, both excellent and very filling! Go here and then work out your food coma on the beach next door.

100% vegan food right in the center of town! Almost everything homemade, All menu items are soooo good, as well as constantly changing specials- some of the best food I’ve ever had! Owners are wonderful & you’ll be happy to support them … try the banana whip & take home a jar of their granola! 😍😍
