A good option - Edit
Small café in the National Museum of Ethnography (Państwowe Muzeum Etnograficzne w Warszawie) which offers vegan drinks, some cakes and lunch dishes. Not everything is vegan but quite a few option. The atmosphere is relaxed and great for a short break or a long chat with friends.
