Underwhelmed with Chelsea Market's vegan options on the whole

Unfortunately, Very Fresh Noodles was closed, so we wound up grabbing food from here. It wasn't bad, but it also was nothing to write home about. The vegan ramen and bibimbap were both so-so, and the chili-garlic edamame for some reason had no salt whatsoever. Very expensive for very average food, probably wouldn't eat here again

Great Vegan Korean Food!

This place wasn’t that expensive and had very good Korean food! I got the tofu bibimbap and my father got the japchae dumplings. Definitely recommend both if you come here!

Tasty quick bite

Was looking for something quick after work. Chelsea Market has a lot of vegan options and this one is a pretty standard but tasty (and convenient) bibimbap.

Pros: Black pearl rice 🥰, Tasty gochujang, Convenient location

Cons: Might better vegan options nearby

Very good ramen noodles

Vegan miso ramen noodles were excellent. They would have also had vegan dumplings or bibimbap. Place is a take out from Chelsea Market with shared tables outside

Amazing vegan miso ramen

Delicious vegan miso ramen with edamame beans, great option despite the restaurant being omnivore

Pros: Great vegan ramen, Service

Nice Korean place with some great veg-options

The vegan options they have are minimal but they are very tasty! The vegan dumplings are full of flavor and I really love their vegan ramen. Their summer special the Kong Guksu was not only healthy but very delicious. If you’re ever on the West side meeting up with friends, I recommend this place

Pros: Some great veg-options, Bar and private seating

Cons: Very small space

Vegan Bibimbap

Despite not being a fully vegan restaurant, the vegan options are delicious! I am a fan of Korean cuisine (I know they eat dogs😡) But I couldn’t praise enough the food I had! Yum

Pros: Vegan options, Value for money , Good service

Cons: Kimchi is not vegan :(

Good option for mixed groups

I was only vegan out of 5 so this place was perfect. And there was some hidden seating in the back.

Bibimbop with noodles was good. Could be spicier for me. Dumplings were good.

Pros: Not crowded, Bibimbop

Cons: Needs some hot sauce 🥶

Cute spot in Chelsea Market

Had a few vegan options. Dumplings, bibimbap and edamame. Clearly marked on menu. Very tasty.

Pros: Nice to have more vegan options in Chelsea Market, Traditional style ramen , Menu clearly states what’s vegan

Cons: Not lots of seating (but that’s Chelsea Market!)
