Nice to have a vegan sandwich option at the train station - Edit
It's very practical to grab a vegan sandwich directly at the train station. That's a pity there is only one option for sandwiches and none for dessert. Coffees can be made with vegan milk as well.

Very good surprise ! - Edit
Thanks to happycow we have enjoyed our breakfast in the train on the way to Corniglia : croissants (one with jam and one nature) and soy cappucino. It was a really good surprise !
Read moreThe lady seamed to be aware about veganism as she asked if i wanted a soy Coffee in addition to my vegan croissants. She spoke a good english.
We didn't try the vegan sandwiches, they looked ok.

Tasty, Convenient, Inexpensive - Edit
Moka was such a treat. Whether you’re getting in or off a train in La Spezia, you have somewhere to grab a vegan drink and snack. On one day they had two vegan croissants (classic and jam), a small carrot cake, and a vegan panini. I passed on the panini and ordered the croissant and cake. The ribes croissant exceeded my expectations for this kind of venue and price, the carrot cake less so.

Vegan sandwiches, carrot cake and soya latte - Edit
Had a nice lunch before going to Cinque Terre that included a nice vegan sandwich, a carrot cake and a soya latte. All clearly labeled, staff knew what was vegan!
