Chef and waiter knew what vegan meant. Easily veganized 2 entrees. Go for happy hour, 2 for 1 rum drinks! Great location. Price not terrible for such a touristy town.
There were a lot of vegetarian options clearly listed on the menu, but vegan options required a little more creative menu reading. The server and chef were willing to work with us and I ended up with a vegan stir fry that was delicious and my husband had a chef creation of eggplant stuffed with tofu and veggies -- also very good.
The atmosphere was casual and quirky and just perfect for the area.
Note that the pin on the map is way off. This place is at the tip the Placencia peninsula.

Pros: vegetarian options abound
Cons: veganizable, but not on the menu as such
