Amazing food and view - Edit
Worth driving to this place! A lot of veggie/vegan choices, great vibe. Amazing view of the sea! It can be busy and you can only make reservations from 6 people up.

Amazing place - Edit
Had brunch today at Moinho Dom Quixote. The place has a wonderful terrace including a nice garden with an incredible view on the ocean. Staff was very kind and menu offers a multiple vegan options.

Unexpected, lovely experience - Edit
Such a beautiful spot with a large gorgeous garden and funky, interesting interior. We shared a few dishes from the nibbles section, we especially liked the veggies moinho style and the potatoes. Didn't love the samosas but they were alright. The staff was very friendly and we were impressed to see the menu had veg options clearly marked. I only read happy cow reviews after visiting so totally disappointed we didn't try the desserts, I saw them on display and they looked amazing but I assumed they wouldn't be vegan.

The best vegan burgers out there that don’t make you feel like you’re eating junk food. They come with either fries or the place’s own rustic potatoes - I definitely recommend the rustic potatoes!

Moinho also has the BEST vegan desserts I’ve ever had! They have a wide range variety of cakes and sweets (they’re not all available on the same day tho). I totally recommend the nut one with chocolate glacé

Nicely decorated restaurant with great views. Great to have vegan options in a small town! Friendly staff. They have a couple of vegan cakes, the nectarine one was delicious. You can also enjoy small bites with a drink.

The restaurant is an absolutely beautiful and cosy place with a huge outdoor area with sea view. They have several vegan options including starters (e.g. nachos with guacamole), mains (vegan burger with homemade white bean patties, falafel) and different very nice vegan cakes (try the pecan cake!!).

We were really happy to discover this place - it’s a bit hidden and off the main road. The garden has a Bali like vibe with a great view, the place is super dog friendly and the staff was very welcoming.
Read moreOn the menu, you’ll find clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options - as main courses, there is mainly 3 different burgers but there’s a few more options for starters (from olives, sourdough bread, falafel, hummus etc.). Sometimes, there’s vegan cake and bakeries too.
The brunch was very yummy too!

Super cosy restaurant with amazing view and environment. It's not a vegan restaurant but has a lot of vegan and veggie options on the menu and they are very flexible! So just let the waitress know that you are vegan and they will let you know about their options.
