Great and cheap food - Edit
This was the cheapest and most satisfying meal we had in Egypt, and we really enjoyed the food. We ordered Alexandrian foul for two (a classic and very popular Egyptian dish), along with bread, onion salad, chips, fried aubergine, and falafel (five pieces per plate). The portions were generous — what we ordered was easily enough for three people.

There was a queue when we arrived, and the restaurant asked us to share a table so it could be filled. We agreed to sit with two others who were waiting, and we made it clear we wanted a separate bill. The people we sat with were nice, and it worked out well.
The menu does include meat, eggs, and cheese, but the majority of dishes are vegan, which makes it a great choice for plant‑based travellers. The variety, affordability, and authentic Egyptian flavours make this restaurant stand out.

What an amazing meal! Excited to find so many foul options - we only had it with tahini in Cairo but foul Alexandrian (with hummus) may be my new favourite. The fava beans with lemon also excellent. Incredibly good value and very friendly service, with good advice on food. We didn’t order falafel so brought us a few extra for free. Loved it here and may well go back before we leave Alexandria (and have more falafel!). The fresh juice was very tasty too.

Delicious, cheap, quick, all with friendly service! - Edit
As soon as we walked in we were treated like regulars. Such friendly and helpful staff who suggested the best dishes for us. We had the falafel, foul Alexandria, friend aubergine, green salad, bread…and still so many more vegetarian and vegan options! Pretty sure we’ll be back!

Anyway we were happy to find a source for cheap vegan food. The waiters were very kind and the food was tasty.

The food was fast, cheap and super tasty: had falafel, hummus, salad, foul and eggplant and 2 drinks for less than $5! The staff were super friendly and helped us with local recommendations. English menu too.

Sandwiches with falafel or foul for 3,5 pounds. Also bought an amazing big plate of baba ganoush for 14 ponds.They have also potato free, eggplant, hummus and salad.
And workers were very nice to me.
