Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant in Caribou Highlands Lodge right near the main base area of Lutsen Mountains Ski and Summer Resort. Menu items are marked as vegan or can be made vegan upon request. Vegan items include chips and guacamole, truffle fries, mixed greens salad, aromatic veggies, fried wild rice, grilled asparagus, and marinated kale. No vegan entrees. Lutsen Mountains does not have many vegan options in the dining areas. There is the option to ski-in to the restaurant off of the Moose Access ski trail. Open Wed-Thu 4:00pm-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm, Sun 4:00pm-9:00pm. Closed Mon-Tues.

Vegan options right on the ski slopes - Edit
I am so glad that Moguls has vegan options on their menu, especially since Lutsen mountains has almost nothing substantial at their dining areas (Rosie's, Papa Charlie's, and the Summit Chalet). The fried wild rice has great flavor and textures, but heavy on oil. The portion sizes are great and prices are fair. I really like the mixed greens salad, wild rice, and truffle fries. I am usually not overly keen on kale (unless it's juiced) and I did actually like their marinated kale. All they need now is to add vegan entree options (and take all of the animal-based options off their menu)!
