Oh my goodness, so goooood! Mögel, which means mold in Swedish, only serves fermented vegan produce (hence the name). I had the Mögel burger which they themselves describe the best: A tangy and umami flavored burger with crispy sprouts, beet kimchi, deep fried split pea tempeh and our luxurious Hazel&Cashewyghrt with lemon zest. The burger bread is a roasted sourdough bread made with whole grain rye flour.
Yum yum yum! Pia who is behind the concept also makes her own kombucha which I have yet to try. At present, she is researching new ways to develop pea tempeh.
It seems Mögel is only available for catering at the moment but hopefully the truck will be rolling again soon! (Stockholm politicians, why did you make the food truck permit more expensive???)
Pros: Delicious and healthy food, Well-made, interesting, innovative, Friendly, educative staff
Cons: On hiatus (July 2016), Sporadic opening hours
