Arrived later in the day and food was pretty well spent. Was ok. Happy to see vegan options of black beans, brown rice and tofu tho.

The best USA airport food?

Was pleasantly surprised to find this place in the Food Court in Terminal 1 of the Minneapolis airport. The breakfast burrito with tofu was delicious and filling, while being one of the more reasonably priced options at this airport at just 9 bux. Lots of seating too, and a place to fill up your water bottle.
