Fresh veggies for Southwest Mexican dishes with Vegan guacamole

This is the best Moe's location I have ever visited. All the veggies are very fresh and there are lots of Vegan and Gluten free Sauce options. Guacamole is Vegan and very tasty. There is an outdoor area sheltered from the street. We eat there often and food is consistently fresh. Also, every meal is served with chips a salsa choices at the salsa bar.

Pros: Vegan protein, Vegan guacamole , Veggies always very fresh

Cons: Salsa bar often needs refreshing
