Serves meat, vegan options available. Nationwide franchise offering tacos, burritos, nachos, and rice bowls with choice of black or pinto beans, and tofu or veggies instead of meat. Dairy is used, so vegans need to specify. Food is made in front of you as you walk along a line. Fresh salsa bar.

Good vegan Tex-Mex options - Edit
Lunch there today - saw several vegan options like the "Homewrecker Burrito" with organic tofu, guac, and other veggie toppings on a whole wheat tortilla. There are peppers, onions, lettuce, corn (NOT organic, so likely GMO), cilantro, rice, black beans, pinto beans, salsa, and tomatoes. You can get the same in a taco bowl or on greens as a salad. The tofu was very bland so I would likely just get the Veggie Burrito for about $.75 less. Vegans of course would not add the cheese or sour cream included in the dish description. I ate at the Moe's in PTC at The Avenue of Hwy 74 and 54
