Affordable Option - Edit
This place is a great option if you're looking for something quick and filling. I loaded up my salad bowl with tofu, mushrooms, spiced rice, salsa, guacamole, beans, and a ton of other toppings! It's served with tortilla chips and really hit the spot!!! I ended up eating it for two meals since it was a lot of food. Definitely not a place I would go for date night, but a solid option if you're looking for something affordable or need something easy to pick up and go. You can't beat good ole' beans and rice!

Ask for the tofu — wait - Edit
I had heard a few people say that this location does not have tofu. That may be the case at times but when I went I requested the tofu and they said “give us 10 minutes“ and they cooked some up. I just don’t think they sell enough to warrant keeping it on the line. That’s probably half of it. I mean it’s kind of frustrating but I think it has more to do with this area being a** backwards.

Poor Selection in Farmville - Edit
This place was 1 of the 2 choices listed in Farmville. How can this be—-Longwood University is here!
Read moreWe came in at 6 PM on a Saturday night, they had no tofu and said they won’t be cooking any more. Ugh.
We walked out, frustrated.
Not listed in Happy Cow, but there is a Chinese restaurant nearby called Golden Palace that had vegan options and really friendly staff. Go there instead.

Moe’s - Edit
They are reasonably priced and great for college students. They have tofu for vegan or vegetarians. I don’t know if they have vegan cheese options but they have black beans and kidney beans. The first vegan then I have done from there is a burrito bowl with tofu.

Cons: Unsure if they have vegan cheese options
