Delicious vegan burgers and more. I had the blue cheese burger (scrumptious sauce and the overall flavor of the burger was next level) and truffle/parm fries. Super friendly staff. Extremely clean restaurant. I’ll def be back!

The chicken wrap was barely bigger than the palm of my hand. The burgers are also very tiny. Everything is so expensive. $9 for a small fries. $16 plus for the burgers and wraps. Food was only ok. I expected a lot more for those prices.

I’ve been following their IG for like ever + they’ve got a good vibe + I’m rooting for their success. Beyond burgers aren’t my jam tho + when they ran specials outta their truck, the prices were mind-boggling. Crossing my fingers they make affordable Thanksgiving plates this year bc they look f***ing incredible!!

I’m picky about fries bc they gotta be worth the caloric intake + these fries are giving no regrets. The wrap was hella small for the price, but I liked it alright.

It's just great food. It's a regular restaurant, not a food truck now. They've expanded their hours to every weekend. Currently they only serve their fabulous burgers, but will serve more items soon.

What a thrill it was to attend Moe Vegan's soft opening at their brick and mortar location at 23325 Pacific Highway South in Kent, at the intersection of Pacific Highway (99) and Kent Des Moines Road. The invite was RSVP only, for anyone that contributed to their GoFundMe about a month ago. All items were 50% for the opening and they had a very limited item menu while they work to iron out all of the kinks. I'm not sure of the date for their Grand Opening to the public nor what hours they'll hold at that point.

In addition, It was truly a joy to see all of the smiling faces that came out to celebrate and partake of amazing food! The ambiance is lovely, some amazing art work/murals, and I really like the fact that they have a couple of touch screen kiosks that make it super easy and chill when ordering.

The best vegan spot - Edit
Moe vegan is hands down the best vegan spot in all of Seattle. I have tried many vegan/ vegetarian restaurants, and none comes close to them. Their food reminds me of vegan spots in Houston. If you know, you know. Food is well seasoned and very delicious. The item that stood out the most is the double bacon burger. Did not even notice I was eating a vegan burger. Everything else I had slapped.

We went to Moe Vegan for the first time today. They are open the last weekend of each month in the Kush 21 parking lot. We preordered online and gave them our order number when we arrived. They then bring the food to your car! The person who helped us was really nice and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Souf Seattle burger, the Blue Cheese Parm burger, the Macho Nachos (OMG these blew our minds), elephant ears, and iced tea. Everything was fantastic. Our favorite items were the Macho Nachos and the Souf Seattle burger. The combination of peppers on the Souf Seattle burger was sooo good, and the Macho Nachos just have to be tried to be believed. I can't wait to find out what their menu will be next month! We took our food to nearby Logan Brewing to eat since we had our dog with us and they are dog-friendly, and it was a nice place to enjoy our meal. I got a few pics of the Macho Nachos but unfortunately forgot to take pics of the burgers and elephant ears.

We have been going every month since we learned about Moe Vegan. The menu rotates monthly and is always full of flavor. The service is super friendly and worth the drive. The desserts are to die for!

Lovely vegan option in burien! Love the rotating menu. I ordered food and was waiting for it outside in the elements and one of the staff members offered to bring it to me to my car. Blown away!
Read moreFollow them on Instagram (moevegan) to keep track of their whereabouts because they are sometimes in different locations if there are events. Kush21 is their main location, though.
