Nice contemporary atmosphere. Decent vegan soup. Good flavor and portion size overall, but I would have preferred more veggies and tofu. There were a few slimy onions and celery in the broth that I picked out.

Read moreWe started with the Fried Tofu w/ Peanut Sauce as an appetizer. Be advised the peanut sauce is NOT VEGAN so ask for sweet chili sauce as a substitute.
We enjoyed the Vegan Pho, Teriyaki Tofu w Rice & Salad Rolls w/ added avocado and tofu (get sweet chili sauce). Overall, very enjoyable.
We asked about the yellow and red curries but they do add fish sauce to the curry so that is not suitable for vegans. They are happy to check on everything for you but make sure of everything before you order.

The vegan pho was delicious. They didn’t ask about spice level, but once I added some of the hot sauce they have on the table, it was great. My husband had red curry with tofu - it was OK, but not as good as the pho.
Read moreThe menu marks the pho as vegan/GF and marks some other items as GF. Many of their entrees have a choice of veggie or tofu, so lots of selection.

As one of the only clearly marked vegan items in Pendleton, I was very happy with their Vegan Pho. I ordered mine to go and it was ready within about 15 minutes of my order.
Read moreThe vegetable broth came with mushroom, zucchini(?), broccoli, carrot, cabbage, onion, and a few pieces tofu. With noodles, bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño, and basil on the side.
The serving was large and overall I have no complaints! If you are ordering to go, I recommend adding the “disposable bowl” to your order if you don’t have access to a bowl. I ate mine out of the styrofoam broth container, and it worked, but it definitely would have been more convenient with a separate bowl.

Was expecting to be a hungry lad on my trip out to Pendleton, instead I had the best pho I’ve had to date. Better than anything I’ve had back home in Portland. I look forward to eating here again next time I’m in town.

Our new favorite place to eat when we visit Pendleton. Asian food restaurant that is delicious. The staff understand vegan and can help you navigate the menu. Pho is labeled vegan. Portions are large so come hungry or take some home and enjoy twice!

I come through Pendleton occasionally for work and come here every time for dinner. They have specifically marked Vegan Pho on the menu and it is perfect every time.

The first time I came here they even had a special where the Vegan pho came with a salad roll!
Very friendly staff that confidently answers my questions.
