Great Flavor, Texture, and Service - Edit
I tried both vegan ramen options on the menu - order them with fresh tofu, not fried (they otherwise fry the tofu in the same oil as the animals - which is true of their vegetable gyoza as well), but both the vegetable broth and curry broth ramens are available mild or spicy, with vegetables, and delicious noodles cooked to perfection.

Best Vegan Ramen in Jax - Edit
I’ve had both the veg ramen and the curry ramen. Both are so good and the veggies are fresh. I love the noodles and it’s such a big portion too. I’ve been here multiple times and it is definitely worth the drive. The broths are absolutely delicious!

Unbelievably delicious - Edit
My husband and I (both vegan) took our non-vegan friend here and we were all blown away with how delicious everything else. The broth was so amazingly flavorful, and I got my ramen “spicy” which was the perfect level for me. The presentation was stunning and the atmosphere itself was very nice.
Read moreWe got the vegetable gyoza and our server said that the potato croquettes don’t have meat or dairy but they were out of them that evening so I didn’t get to try. However, it looks like they’re topped with some kind of mayo-based sauce in a photo I saw, so you may want to double check if you decide to order those.

There are 3 vegan ramen options! The vegetable ramen has a creamy broth made with soy milk. You can choose your spiciness too. They have vegetable gyoza as an appetizer as well. Sooooo gooooood, I think this place has the best ramen in Jax
